Interesting Facts: Played college football for MacMurray College. I have a wonderful nine year old daughter Kimber. I am owned by my 4 year old Doberman Venus. Caught the record flat head catfish at Knox County Campgrounds while crappie fishing on a 6 lb test, 36 inches long and 35 lbs.

While working for another pool company I learned a lot from my manager there. I admired the way he took care of his guys and wasn’t afraid of telling you how to do a job correctly. I left the pool business for awhile to work for Oil Company and Caterpillar. After 10 years I really wanted to get back into the pool business and was looking for a privately owned business to work for versus big corporation. Luckily Don saw my app online and called me for an interview at D & L Pools. Little did I know that my old manager had worked for Don in the past and after working at D & L I see now where my old manager got his “take care of your guys” attitude from. I am happy I got the chance to work for D & L Pools and will make the best of it.

Most enjoyable part of my job: Working with my fellow co-workers and the Danley’s. I like to try to make a difference with every customer, passing on knowledge to them to make their swimming or spa season enjoyable. I love working here because everyone is close. I feel that everyone gives their best every day here at D & L, trying to ensure our customers feel special and taken care of. When you purchase something from here you are getting full service, we install the in ground pools and spas ourselves.

Hobbies & interests: I like to fish and hunt. I am a movie fanatic. I love to play darts and spend time with friends. I was a history major in college, so I love history and finding out things people have forgotten.
